  1. aNYCKidSeq (novel) measures were developed for the RCT, but were also used in the TeleKidSeq pilot study [2]. TeleKidSeq measures were developed specifically for this pilot study. NYCKidSeq measures which were adapted for the TeleKidSeq study are indicated. CSER measures were developed by a collaborative group of CSER investigators, as outlined in Goddard et al. 2020 [29]
