Remote consenting procedure:

 • Mean time taken to complete remote consenting procedures.

 • Parents’ mean ratings of satisfaction with consenting procedures.

 • Content analysis of text box evaluations.

• Mean time to identify teachers.

• The proportion of teachers’ questionnaires returned within 7 days of receiving a link to an online survey out of the number of teachers recruited

• Qualitative description of technical difficulties with accessing or completing online questionnaires.

Online outcome collection:

 • The proportion of participants completing outcome questionnaires within 7 days of receiving a link to an online survey out of the number of participants who are in the study.

 • Mean number of reminder emails about completing outcome questionnaires sent to parents by the research team.

 • Parents’ mean ratings of satisfaction with online data collection.

 • Content analysis of free text evaluations.

Online adverse events collection:

 • The proportion of participants completing the adverse events questionnaire within 7 days of receiving a link to an online survey out of the number of participants who are in the study.

 • Mean number of reminder emails about completing adverse events questionnaire sent to parents by the research team.
