From: Balance Right in Multiple Sclerosis (BRiMS): a feasibility randomised controlled trial of a falls prevention programme

  2. aParticipants returned data prospectively reporting falls and related injuries, adverse events and any new/worsening symptoms every 2 weeks for the duration of the study using pre-formatted paper diaries
  3. bAt each research assessment visit, participants had an accelerometer (ActivPALTM Monitor) attached to their thigh. Participants were provided with instructions for removal of the device and a reply paid envelope to return it to the research therapist after 1 week
